Tuition & Fees (2024-2025)

Many Florida private schools have separate technology, security, textbook, activity, and matriculation fees added to tuition. However, at Winter Haven Christian School, your tuition and enrollment fees cover almost all of your expenses, including those listed. See below for a complete list of items covered by your tuition.

Enrollment Fees:

New Families: $200.00 per child with a cap of $500.00 per family.

Existing Families: $150.00 per child with a cap of $400.00 per family. Enrollment fees are waved for students who were enrolled during the 2023-2024 school year if the family submits a re-enrollment application to WHCS no later than Noon on Monday, January 22, 2024, and signs their re-enrollment contract within seven days upon receipt. Existing families looking to enroll a child for 2024-2025 who was not enrolled this past school year must pay a $100.00 enrollment fee per child with a cap of $300.00.

All enrollment fees are non-refundable. 

Book and Technology Fees:

Tuition: 

  • Pre-School ½ Day (8:15 AM - 11:30 AM) $4,390.00

  • Preschool Full Day (8:15 AM - 5:45 PM) $8,065.00

  • Elementary, Grades K-5th: $8,950.00

  • Middle School, Grades 6th - 8th $9,065.00

  • High School, Grades 9th - 12th $9,360.00

Child Care Rates Per Child:

  • School Age K-12th (Morning and Afternoon): $2,765.00

  • Morning Care Grades K-5th: $880.00

(Morning Care Fee is waived if the child has a sibling in grades 6-12th) 

Childcare is available from 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM and after school until 5:45 PM.

Discounts:

Middle School and High School longevity discount for existing families is a $100.00 discount for each continuous year in which the child has attended WHCS starting in K5, up to $500.00. Discount is contingent upon the family submitting a re-enrollment application no later than Noon on Monday, January 22, 2024, and signing their re-enrollment contract within seven days upon receipt.

Tuition assistance is available for ALL students in grades K-12th. Contact the financial office for information regarding tuition assistance. 

Other items that WHCS does not charge a fee for:

  • School Resource Police Officer from Winter Haven Police Department on campus Monday-Friday during normal school hours.

  • Access to technology and computer lab.

  • Friday Spirit T-Shirt

  • Yearbook

  • Agenda Books (Grades 1-12)

  • St. Augustine Field Trip (Grade 4)

  • Educational Field Trip in Spring Semester (Grades 6-12)

  • Retreat and Retreat T-Shirt (Grades 6-12)

  • High School Academy Polo Shirt (Grades 9-12)

  • Classroom tissues, hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes (Grades K4-12)
