How to Apply
Applying is easy using our Online Application Portal. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. It is highly recommend that you do not use a tablet or mobile device when filling out an online application.
A non-refundable fee of $80 for preschool students, $100 for re-registering students K-12 and $200 for new students grades K-12, must be submitted with each application. Please be advised that registration fees go up after June 30, 2017. You can pay the application fee with cash, check, money order. THE DONATION CREDIT CARD BUTTON ON OUR WEBSITE MAY NOT BE USED FOR APPLICATION PAYMENTS.

Create an Online Application – Existing Families
On February 1, 2017 at noon the application process will open to existing families. To begin the application process access the Online Application Portal and enter your Sycamore Username and Password. This will begin the application process. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
Create an Online Application – New Families
On February 13, 2017 at noon the application process will open for new families. To begin the application process access the Online Application Portal and click on the green Register button to create a new family account. Once that process is completed you will be sent an email with a Username and Password to begin the application process. This email is automatically generated usually within a few moments if you do not receive the email check your spam or junk folder. Once you started the application process you will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After the application is complete
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms. Payment and supporting paperwork should be submitted within five business days.
